Would you like to present your apartment, holiday home or villa and receive enquiries directly? Porta Solis combines a paid property presentation with direct contact between guests and hosts.
0% booking commission from Porta Solis
Porta Solis charges no booking commission. For a public property listing, choose a paid package with a defined scope and fixed term. Registering your host account is free.
How to get started
Create your account and order a suitable presentation package. Then add your property details, description and photos. Public activation follows confirmed payment, a review and approval.
Build trust with clear information
Use bright, up-to-date photos and describe the location, layout and facilities accurately. Explain any limitations too. Guests arrange availability, booking and payment directly with you.
Support guests throughout their stay
The digital guest guide is a separate paid service. It brings together information such as arrival instructions, house information and local recommendations. Optional add-ons have their own prices.
Which option suits you?
Compare the current packages and services. Decide whether you want to present your property, use a guest guide or combine both.
