How does property presentation work?
After registering, submit your property information. Porta Solis reviews it before publication.
Does Porta Solis charge a referral commission?
Direct enquiries to hosts do not incur a referral commission. Presentation packages and additional products are subject to fees.
Can I present my own services?
Available service enquiries and product information can be shown in the guest guide. Production booking and payment functions require separate approval and are not included in this presentation.
How do last-minute listings work?
Available dates may be highlighted through an optional paid last-minute presentation.
Can I change my package later?
You can discuss a package change through your host account or by contacting Porta Solis.
