Luxury villa right by the sea

Villa Sol & Mar occupies a seafront position in Kaštel Štafilić, between Split and Trogir. Built in 2023, the villa offers 220 m² of living space over three floors for up to 8 guests. The beach is just around 15 metres away.

Living spaces and bedrooms

The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a living room overlooking the pool, a bathroom, a laundry room and a playroom. On the first floor, three bedrooms each have an en-suite bathroom, sea views, air conditioning and a TV. The master suite on the second floor has its own bathroom, a walk-in wardrobe and a private terrace with a jacuzzi and sea views.

Pool, garden and comfort

The fully enclosed outdoor area includes a saltwater pool that can be heated or cooled, sun loungers, parasols, an outdoor shower, a playground with a trampoline and private parking spaces. A gas barbecue, a built-in barbecue with a sink and a covered outdoor dining area provide space for shared meals.

Facilities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the bedrooms and living areas, underfloor heating, Smart TV, Netflix and PlayStation 5. The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, microwave and coffee machine. A washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board are provided.

Location and surroundings

A café-bar is around 100 m away, a restaurant and supermarket around 500 m, the town centre around 700 m and Split Airport around 3 km. Trogir is about a 10-minute drive away, while Split is around 20 km away.

Good to know

Check-in from 16:00, check-out by 10:00. Refundable security deposit: €1,000. According to the provider, final cleaning, VAT and tourist tax are included. Pets may be accepted on request. Parties, celebrations and events are not permitted.

Payment schedule according to the provider: 30% deposit, with the balance due 30 days before arrival. Binding terms and prices are provided when you enquire through Kroatien Ferienhausvermittlung. Enquiries and bookings take place outside Porta Solis.
